Our summer rates apply from mid-May until Labor Day.

We offer discounts for Military, Alaskan Residents, Life Balance, AAA and AARP Members.
Military can apply one returning military discount per deployment since 2010.

AMENITIES

All lodging includes: Access to a custom stone hot tub, water feature with koi pond, fire pit area, nature trail, Wi-Fi, BBQ, deck w/furniture, flat screen TV, and 10% discount on wine. Complimentary items include: daily wine tastings, coffee, tea, a bottle of wine and truffles, as well as breakfast vouchers to local restaurants for our Arctic and Cowboy suites.

Bay View Apartment

(3 BDRM, 1 bath, full kitchen)

The deck, living room, and dining area have views of the bay, mountains, and a glacier. The master bedroom has a king bed and TV. The second and third bedrooms have a queen bed and two twin beds.

Arctic Themed suite

(1 Qn, 1 bath, kitchenette)

The room decor is Arctic themed. There is 1 queen bed, a sitting area, private bathroom, and a kitchenette with a grill on the deck.

Cowboy Themed Suite

(1 Qn, 1 Sofa Bed, 1 bath, kitchenette)

The room decor is Wild West themed. There is 1 queen bed, 1 pull out sofa bed (twin), a sitting area, private bathroom, and a kitchenette with a grill on the deck.

LODGING INFORMATION AND POLICIES

Bear Creek Lodging is an Eco-Friendly establishment. We recycle and use biodegradable cleaning products. During extended stays of two or more days, we do light straightening and restocking of the essentials.

LIMITATIONS

Due to our romantic atmosphere, we welcome children over the age of 12 only.

Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
No Pets.

The grounds, which include the fire pit area, nature trail and gardens, are not cleared of snow from December through March and may not be serviceable.

CHECK-IN/OUT TIMES

Check in is between 3-6pm

Guests arriving after check-in time will be charged a $50 Service fee. 
If you are unable to check in before 6pm please let us know so that we can make arrangements.

Check out is at 11 am.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations are accepted 14 days prior to the date of the reservation for a full refund. Cancellations made within the 14 days will be charged the full amount of your reservation unless the room is re-booked.

Bear Creek Lodging is not responsible for illness, work conflicts, or inclement weather.
Payment is due upon arrival, Visa and Mastercard are accepted.

The collection, use and preservation of personal information by Bear Creek Lodging will only happen for making Bear Creek Lodging better and more convenient. The disclosure of personal information will never occur without your explicit consent.

As Bear Creek Winery evolves, this privacy policy is likely to evolve with it. We will not reduce your rights under this Policy without your explicit consent. We will post any Policy changes and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice.
